The foundation of my coaching is based around open and honest conversation about YOU and YOUR business.

I pride myself on integrity and getting the best out of YOU. 

I’m a pretty direct person, and I’m here to be your COACH - not your 24/7 cheer-leader, like some coaches who just say “you’re going great” and just take your money.

I’m different.

Once we have had detailed conversations about you, your challenges and the problems that keep you awake at night, I will tailor some very specific and measurable targets and goals which will be both achievable and stretching depending on where you’re at in your journey.

We will of course have scheduled moments of PAUSE and REFLECTION to see what’s working and what needs tweaking. 

We remember to CELEBRATE milestones along the way and dedicate TIME for YOU and YOUR BUSINESS at the right moments.
